The first location of our film opening is inside the protagonist’s apartment, which is the most convenient location that also holds the setting that we believe best for the way in which we want to film. We took a couple photographs of the setting, imagining where we might place the protagonist (most of the scene in this location is going to be in front of this bookcase which is why I didn't include photos of the entire apartment) and the camera in this space, as well as experimented with different types of lighting.

The first transition to a different location leads into a forest. The forest we chose to be both suitable and accessible for filming is the Făget forest, which is near where one of our teammates lives. It’s not very populated by people and it’s cleared out so there won't be that much of a risk when the protagonist and cameramen are running around. There’s enough light coming through the trees and bushes that we'll be able to film in the afternoon and still have visible shots. We also really enjoyed the dynamic and movement that the length of the trees creates. It's a very nice and refreshing contrast to the prior locations.

The next transition would be into the parking garage, still during the day/late afternoon. This location has openings on the landings which allows enough light to come in, alongside automatic lights that turn on above once it’s dark out. This gives us the liberty to test shots both during the afternoon and as the sun starts to set. The location is open and daunting, clearly illustrating the overall feeling imagined. It is also very accessible as it is within walking distance of our school, so it won't be much hassle to get there.

After this comes Someș River, a location which merges our two main environments into a single location. This is because it is in the city center, yet it still has elements of nature. Filming what we imagined in the script will be a matter of experimentation because we have to find the perfect spot along the river in order to follow the series of events happening. This may prove to be very difficult and we may need to change the exact location to a less populated and exposed part of the river, but of course ideally we would be filming in the area pictured below.

For the final sequence, we wanted to film in a place that is constricted by walls, giving the impression that it is small and cramped; claustrophobic. The protagonist would be scared and stuck in this location, showing that he is trapped there with no way to escape, preparing for the ending where he’s ready to face his pursuer. For this, we looked around apartment buildings in the area, scouting out alleyways and tight locations to get the desired effect.

These are the main locations that we want to film in and we hope that it will look good when we are actually filming. We may add or change locations but it's not very likely because we are very confident in the ones we have and we believe that they are perfect for what we want the opening to portray.
